Who We Are and Why We Care About Your Data

We started ProFluxUltra in 2018 after seeing too many businesses lose critical data because their backup systems failed when they needed them most. Not because they didn't have backups—but because those backups weren't tested, weren't accessible, or weren't built for real recovery scenarios.

Since then, we've helped companies across Thailand build backup systems that actually work when things go wrong. And they do go wrong—hardware fails, accidents happen, ransomware spreads. What matters is having systems in place that let you recover quickly and keep operating.

How We Got Here

Our founder, Apinya Sukhonthamat, spent twelve years managing IT infrastructure for manufacturing companies. She watched firsthand how data loss could shut down production lines, delay shipments, and damage client relationships.

The breaking point came in 2017 when a server failure at a client site revealed their backup system hadn't been working properly for months. They lost six weeks of production data. Recovery took three days of round-the-clock work, and even then, some information couldn't be salvaged.

That experience made something clear: businesses needed backup solutions designed around actual recovery scenarios, not just storage capacity. They needed systems that were tested regularly, accessible quickly, and built to handle real-world disasters.

So we built ProFluxUltra to focus specifically on that—helping companies in Thailand create backup systems that work under pressure and recover data when it matters most.

What Guides Our Work

Recovery Speed

We design systems around how quickly you can get back online. Storage capacity matters, but recovery time determines how much disruption you actually face during an incident.

Regular Testing

We test backup systems monthly with actual recovery drills. You shouldn't discover problems with your backups during an emergency—you should already know they work.

Clear Documentation

Every system we build includes straightforward recovery procedures. When something goes wrong, you need clear steps—not technical manuals that require interpretation.

How We Approach Backup and Recovery

We don't sell one-size-fits-all solutions because recovery needs vary significantly between businesses. A retail company needs different backup configurations than a logistics firm or a professional services office.

So we start by understanding your specific operations—what data is critical, how quickly you need to recover it, and what scenarios pose the biggest risks to your business continuity.

Assessment First

We analyze your current systems and identify what data needs protection, typical failure points, and realistic recovery requirements for your operations.

Layered Protection

We build backup systems with multiple recovery points—local backups for quick restoration and off-site copies for major disaster scenarios.

Ongoing Monitoring

We continuously verify that backups are running correctly and conduct regular recovery tests to confirm your data is actually restorable.

Let's Talk About Your Backup Strategy

Whether you're setting up backup systems for the first time or reassessing your current approach, we can help you build recovery capabilities that work when you need them.
